Charlie has extensive remodeling and investing experience and has been serving Sellers and Buyers of homes in the Twin Cities since 2004. He has sold over 500 homes, more than $200 million in sales volume, and consistently ranks among the top 5% of agents in the state. He is also a multi-year recipient (2009-2022) of the “Super Agent” award by Minneapolis-St Paul magazine, an honor which requires passing a rigorous screening process and represents only 3-5% of all agents in the state. Charlie consistently outperforms the market too: In 2021, Charlie listed and sold 23 homes with an average home selling for 107% of list price (Twin Cities’ average 101%), in just 2.8 days on the market (Twin Cities’ average 11 days), and an average sold Price per Square Foot of $283 (Twin Cities’ Average $178.)
Prior to working in the resale business, Charlie was with the Lander Group, one of the most respected urban housing developers in the nation, where he worked across sales & marketing, project management, and warranty functions. He sold out the award-winning Midtown Lofts, made significant contributions to Printer’s Row and 2626 West Lake, helped overhaul the company’s standard Purchase Agreement and Condominium Documents, and was frequently tapped for his ability to write persuasive copy.
Before finding his calling in Real Estate, Charlie worked for Arthur Andersen and American Express, and earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. These experiences give him an excellent analytical and financial foundation upon which to operate.
