Charlie got results beyond what I thought was possible. He started off with a reasonable review of my home and comparisons to similar homes nearby. His design and staging resource made recommendations for high impact improvements. Detailed recommendations made purchasing easy. Some of my usual contractors were unavailable, but Charlie had recommendations. These were high quality, reasonably priced professionals who seemed to value their relationship with Charlie. I could not have found better. The process for showing and selling was straightforward and trouble free. We listed for more than originally planned. Within forty-eight hours, we had three offers above asking price, and an agreement signed by the end of the third day. We ultimately sold for 10% over our original target, more than doubling our expected return on the improvement investment. Throughout the entire process, Charlie was reasonable, frank, honest and optimistic. I can't put into words how pleased I am with Charlie's work and results.
